TOJCM1系列塑殼斷路器(以下簡稱斷路器)是采用國際先進設計技術研制、開發(fā)的新型斷路器之一，按照其額定極限短路分斷能力(lcu)的高低分為L型(標準型)、M型(較高分斷型)、H型(高分斷型)3類，該產(chǎn)品具有體積小、分斷電流高、飛弧短、抗振動等特點，是陸地及船舶使用的理想產(chǎn)品其額定絕緣電壓800V(QM1-63為500V)，適用于交流50Hz，額定工作電壓690V及以下的電路中作不頻繁轉換和電動機的不頻繁起動之用。

工作環(huán)境及安裝條件 Working environmentandinstallation conditions

• 安裝地點的海拔不超過2000m;

• 周圍介質(zhì)溫度不高于+55℃和不低于-5℃，且24小時的平均值不超過35℃(特殊訂貨除外);

• 安裝地點的相對空氣濕度在最高溫度為+55℃時不超過50%，在較低溫度下可以有較高的相對濕度，例如20℃時達90%，對由于溫度變化偶爾產(chǎn)生的凝露應采取特殊的措施;

• 濕熱帶型斷路器空氣相對濕度在+25℃時不超過95%;

• 污染等級為3級:

• 斷路器主電路的安裝類別為Ⅲ類，不接至主電路的輔助電路和控制電路安裝類別為Ⅱ類;

• 濕熱帶斷路器能耐受濕熱、鹽霧、霉菌的影響;

• 斷路器應安裝在無爆炸危險和無導電塵埃、無足以腐蝕金屬和破壞的地方;

• 在沒有雨雪侵襲的地方;

• 斷路器應按產(chǎn)品的使用說明書安裝;
